I don't know enough about the cyclone/flooding to have an opinion on whether this was manmade but I get the vibe from those who experienced it, and the devastation, that this could have indeed been intentional. Or at least avoidable. The beauty amongst the heartache is that each disaster that shows how much 'the system' and those running it don't care about everyday ordinary people only serves to unite us all in building something new without 'them'.
